Consultation:

I am happy to schedule a complementary home garden consultation. During our meeting, I will listen to your needs and clarify your goals and budget. What native plant communities are appropriate for your site? How would you like to use the space? What garden elements or features interest you? I will evaluate your site and offer design suggestions.

 

Design:

After our visit—I will send a detailed design summary and contract for your consideration. The design fee is based on the size and complexity of your project and estimation of total hours. I charge $90/ hour for design services and most projects range from 5 to 30+ hours. 

 

Plan:

Your detailed CAD plan view design consists of base map, space function and hardscape plan, and native and/or edible garden planting plan. The plan will include construction notes and a plant spread sheet. Also included is a Plantmaster slide presentation. After plan completion I will present the drawing to you.  At that time, we will discuss and implement revisions. 

 

Installation:

After the acceptance of the design—I will connect you with an independent installer who will create a line-item installation bid. I am available throughout the installation process to facilitate your design.
